At Veloura Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@veloura-cosmetics.com.
- Once approved, we will offer you a replacement or full refund (including shipping fees).
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@veloura-cosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will confirm the return eligibility and provide the return address.
- You will need to arrange the return shipment at your own cost (unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank or payment account again.
- Then contact your payment provider or bank — it may take some time before the refund appears.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@veloura-cosmetics.com.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order.
